Alongside HR operations, a significant part of my work focuses on learning and development. I design and deliver training sessions and knowledge frameworks in areas such as HR processes, onboarding, workplace communication and organisational practices. My goal is to translate complex HR topics into practical tools that organisations and teams can apply immediately. When evaluating HR technologies or organisational practices, I focus on practicality, clarity and long-term impact. HR structures should support both business strategy and the employee experience, while remaining compliant, efficient and adaptable as organisations grow.
